Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of PodSubs.ai services. By using the platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

PodSubs.ai provides AI-powered tools for:

Translation of YouTube video content Subtitle and transcript generation Content analysis and AI-generated commentary Interactive discussions via AI assistants

Services are provided on an “as available” basis and may evolve over time.

2. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to the platform; however:

Availability is not guaranteed Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party dependencies Features may be modified, limited, or discontinued without prior notice

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

Use the service lawfully and ethically Not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or overload the platform Not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes Respect intellectual property rights of third parties

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. AI-Generated Content

PodSubs.ai uses artificial intelligence systems (including tools such as ChatGPT) to generate content.

Outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information Content is for informational and educational purposes only Users are responsible for verifying and using content appropriately

5. Third-Party Dependencies

The service relies on third-party platforms, including:

YouTube (video hosting and embedding) AI service providers Payment processors

We are not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by these third parties.

6. Payments & Subscription

Paid services are offered on a subscription basis (€5/month unless otherwise stated) Subscriptions are non-auto-renewing unless explicitly specified Payments are processed through secure third-party providers No refunds are guaranteed unless required by applicable law

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

PodSubs.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service Users assume full responsibility for use of the platform

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Change features, pricing, or limits Introduce new functionalities Discontinue parts or all of the service

Users will be informed of significant changes via the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

Terms or laws are violated Misuse or abuse is detected Required by legal or security reasons

Users may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Greek law and the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

The original legally binding version is in Greek. Translations are provided for convenience; in case of discrepancies, the Greek version prevails.
